Set up a system your clients love
You're a supervisor, not an administrator
Supervision is more than meeting with your clients. It's managing bookings, invoicing, tracking and following up on payments, and more.
But you probably didn't get into supervision because you love those things. Tend allows you to spend more time doing what you love, less time on admin.

Tend
Onboard in 30 minutes, pay nothing monthly
Built for supervisors, no monthly fees
You could take a couple of hours (or days) to set up Calendly (and pay monthly for the privilege), then integrate an online payment and invoicing platform.
Or you could join Tend, be onboard in 30 minutes and pay no monthly fees. If you don't use it, you don't pay.
Don't stifle your supervision practice with paperwork
When you use Tend, you're freeing up time to work on the most important parts of your supervision practice: supervising your clients and growing your business.
Admin takes up time that could be spent finding new leads and connecting with your supervisees.
Prepare your supervision practice for growth
Ensure your clients have a seamless experience, and you spend less time on the busy work.
Set up a supervision system that you love
Allow your clients to book and modify bookings themselves. One-click invoicing gets you paid more quickly with less effort.
You'll be wondering what you did before Tend.
Save money on monthly subscriptions
Reliable and flexible video calling through Daily.co saves money on your Zoom subscription.
Calendar integration with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook saves the need for Calendly and its alternatives.
The only platform built for professional supervisors
Our supervisors spend more time on supervision and less time on admin.
One of our supervisors
saves 10–20%
of his time per client session
This supervisor manages dozens of clients and adopted Tend for his bookings, invoicing and payments. After moving to Tend, invoicing all his clients from the week takes a matter of seconds.
Another supervisor experienced
reduced cancellations
across their sessions
With clients able to manage their own bookings, changing them when conflicts arose, this supervisor experienced fewer no-shows and improved client experience.
“Tend is now a very useful way of booking and invoicing.”
“My clients shared how easy it was to use.”

The vision for Tend
Tend aims to equip pastors and supervisors with the resources they need to excel in their unique roles, grounded in a strong commitment to pastoral care and community. We believe in the local church and love to see her flourishing.

About
I'm Josh, husband to Jenni and father to our daughter Valerie. We live in Brisbane, Australia.
My work is informed by the three key principles of our family: be a catalyst for the success of others, prioritise people and leave a beautiful legacy for others. I see Tend as an extension of that, helping pastors to flourish in their churches.
Prior to founding Tend I founded Creo and August Group. We've collaborated with the UN and DFAT to address important systemic issues such as climate change mitigation, access to finance and development finance in emerging economies.
